Coblynau

Welsh mine goblins, or Coblynau, have spent years underground helping the Welsh miners find coal and    precious minerals, hence they are said to bring good luck, wealth and happiness to all they meet. 

They wear their hats pulled down over their ears and eyes to protect themselves from the loud noises and sunlight they now experience above ground. 

Each Coblynau is dressed in either tartan, tapestry or tweed fabrics,  reminding them of their homeland as they set off for a new adventures above ground.  They also come with a ladybird of friendship on their hat that helps guide them in their new life. 

Whisper gently to your Coblynau daily and they will watch over and protect you.
